"The Last Girl" continued

The viewpoint of the photograph "The Last Girl" by Helnwein changes my interpretation of the image because i can now see that it's a real photograph and the girl is just a mural or picture on a billboard. I can now see that the girl displayed is not real, however the man in the picture was real and in the new photo you can see there are actually multiple people working on the mural. It appears to be on a body of water with a dock in front of it. The girl is very pale with a blank expression on her face. Gottfried Helnwein Response

This image "The Last Girl" shows an up-close picture of a girl's face. The portion of her face shown displays her nose and one of her eyes. On the face is a tiny man climbing up a rope as if he's rock climbing. The picture might be a mural that the man is climbing up. I think this is an artistic image. I also think that the image may be photoshopped to show the man climbing up her face. However, it may just be a painting/mural that he's in front of because the texture of her skin looks painted. I think this image's meaning is to encourage others to conquer things greater then you and to be fearless. The artist's intent is just intended to show the artist's talent and his view on something so unique. This image is saying to me that size doesn't matter and you can overcome anything no matter how big. The difference in scale between the man and women make me consider every detail both tiny and up close when interpreting the image.
