Cubism Reflection
1) I determined the subject for this project by taking something i had laying around and showing different aspects of it by comparing the dead and the living rose. 2) For this project I took roughly 40 photos in order to capture different angles and areas of the flower. 3) During this project one challenge was definitely incorporating the pieces of the photo together without taking away from the complete look and making it too busy. 4) If i was given a second time to do this project i think i would try and add more pieces and possibly have a more simple background so there wasn't too much happening in the image.

I think the fear is of the dark, seeing your other photos they are all dark. I also assume was the fear of spirits or something because I see a person in the photo. Maybe blend your phobia name into the wood on the right, also making the photo darker or focal point of the darkness.
ReplyDeleteThis seems to be conveying the fear of darkness and the image is edited very well to give it an eerie and creepy look. The only adjustment I'd suggest would be is to maybe lower the opacity of the text or blend it in with something in the photo.
ReplyDeleteI think the fear is trying to convey the fear of the dark or of dark spaces. I think the photo is very well done in conveying that fear and it has a very creepy, eerie feel about the image. The only suggestion that i would say is make the photo a little bit darker to really put emphasis on what fear you are trying to capture. Otherwise, great job!
ReplyDeleteI think this fear is fear of the night or fear of darkness. I think the photo is successful in showing the fear because it is dark and gives off a scary feeling. The person in the middle that looks faded is a cool touch to represent what could lie in the darkness. One change I would make is to make the phobia not pop as much in the white color maybe make it more of a brown to blend with the wood.

ReplyDeleteIt is probably the fear of darkness, and I think it has been well achieved.
ReplyDeleteIt has all the elements of a dark and scary night, like that person sitting in the dark that looks like a ghost.
I feel like this photo displays the fear of darkness. This photo does a very well job of displaying this because the scenery is very well thought out. Everything looks great and if I had to make one suggestion it would be to make the person a tiny bit more visable.
ReplyDeletethe fear is the fear of the dark, and this photo portrays it very well. it even has a faint image of a ghost or something that could be hiding in the back. i think the one thing i would change would probably be how much light was in the front of the image
ReplyDeleteThe fear is conveying her fear of the dark. The photo conveys the fear sufficiently because the photo is dark and creepy. I wouldn't change anything about this post.
